What's included?

1. Inspiring Online Meetings

Take part in online meetings to discuss photographic techniques, trends, equipment, image editing, and share experiences with other photography enthusiasts.

Over the period of 1 year, 1 online meeting per month will be held, totaling 12 online meetings throughout the year.

2. Personalized Guidance

You will receive my guidance during the online meetings, with information tailored to your gear, practical tips on framing, composition, and photographic techniques.

We will also cover image editing workflows using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Bridge, including guidance on new features and program updates.

3. Classifieds Exclusively for Members

Participants may list used photographic equipment for sale, purchase, or trade within the club's exclusive group.

Listed equipment must be in perfect working order or, when applicable, have its condition clearly stated (for parts or repair).

4. Image Curation and Review

We will curate and review the photographs produced by participants throughout the period, analyzing technical aspects, composition, creativity, and opportunities for improvement.

5. Equipment Buying Guidance

Every month, we will share recommendations for equipment and accessories with strong value for money, plus opportunities and promotions relevant to photographers.

6. Online Exhibition and Collective Projects

Show your work and take part in creative group initiatives.

Over the period, we will hold a collective online exhibition featuring the best photographs produced by participants. The dates will be agreed in advance with the group.

7. Fine Art Mentorship

Basic guidance on preparing files for printing in different formats and sizes, aiming to achieve the best results in photographic prints.

How the Photo Club Works

Fully online participation

• 1 online meeting per month;
• Every 2 months, participants will receive a photographic assignment to be developed and later discussed in the group;
• Meetings will be held via platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, and the WhatsApp group;
• All meetings will be recorded during the term of the Photo Club, allowing later access for participants who cannot attend live;
• The WhatsApp group will be used for communication, content sharing, questions, and interaction among participants.

About the Service

The Kacau Oliveira Photo Club is a service offered by Kacau Oliveira Fotografia, registered under CNPJ nº 21.875.808/0001-92, consisting of the organization of online meetings, mentoring, photographic guidance, image curation, practical activities, and participant support over the period of 1 year, with 12 online meetings.

Equipment and Software

Each participant is responsible for the use and maintenance of their own photographic equipment and the technological resources needed to take part in the online meetings.

Costs related to internet, equipment, software, or any resources used for participation are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Image Rights

During online meetings, proposed activities, collective exhibitions, and any other actions related to the Photo Club, the organizer may make recordings, audiovisual captures, screen captures, interviews, and any other form of recording the members' participation.

By joining the Photo Club, the participant authorizes, free of charge, irrevocably and irreversibly, the use of their image, voice, personal characteristics, and records captured during the activities for institutional, promotional, and marketing purposes of Kacau Oliveira Fotografia's services.

This authorization covers the use of such materials in print and digital media, including but not limited to: websites, social networks, magazines, newspapers, promotional materials, institutional videos, online platforms, and any other means of communication, for the maximum period permitted by applicable law.

Cancellation Policy

The Photo Club was designed to provide continuous growth for participants over the period of 1 year.

If a participant chooses to leave the club after participation has started, no refund of the amounts paid will be issued.

However, transfer of membership will be allowed, making it possible to transfer or gift the seat to another person, who must contact us to complete the registration update.

As provided by the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC), the participant may cancel the contract within 7 calendar days of joining, with the right to a full refund of the amounts paid.

LGPD – Personal Data Protection

The parties commit to fully complying with current legislation related to the protection of personal data, including Law nº 13.709/2018 (Brazilian General Data Protection Law – LGPD).

All activities involving the collection, storage, use, sharing, and processing of personal data will be carried out in compliance with applicable law, ensuring the security, confidentiality, and protection of participants' information.
